At Oz-Crates, we strive for the highest standards of workmanship and quality.

We understand that ordering online can be difficult, and as such, we have the following policies regarding returns.

 
Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event that items are damaged in transit or are faulty, we will exchange the item. You must email us first within 3 days of receiving the item, and advise us of the situation. You must return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. You will need to pay any return postage costs.

 

 Refund Policy

A refund will only be given in the event that the item is faulty. You must email us within 3 days of receiving the item, and advise us of the situation. You must return the item within 7 days of receiving it. You will need to pay any return postage costs.


Due to our products being handmade to order, we have a no returns policy for any reason other than faulty or damaged goods.
